Art-Lead Counseling

Sometimes talking is too scary.<br><br>Using art, drawing, painting, and movement can help us work through deep challenges, without having to talk about the details.<br><br>Explore the unconscious and find healing through art.<br><br>Dreamwork, drawing, and movement help us to uncover patterns we didn't know we had, in an indirect and explorative way, allowing us to move into deep discussion or silence, as needed.<br><br><br>All three sessions must be booked within four weeks, within 3 months of purchase.

Body-Lead Counseling

Together, we slow-down and connect to the body, exploring the challenges that are arising, and call upon Bio-Emotive Focusing, Parts Work, or Somatic Movement to map what's happening and help the healing happen.<br><br>Partnership with bioemotiveframework.com I help people identify feelings and feeling beliefs hidden within limiting beliefs or dysfunctional patterns, letting the body guide us.<br><br>Must be used within 3 months of purchase

Mind-Mapping Mini-Sessions

Sometimes being in deep and intense connection on zoom is a hinderance. <br><br>These sessions get my clients and I out of our usual coaching patterns and into a quick and effective state-of-mind.<br><br>30 minute calls while I&#39;m driving, walking, cleaning, transitioning from place to place. There will be interruptions, but I&#39;m still 100% invested.<br><br>You&#39;re taking notes, not me. They have proven to be quite effective.

Somatic Exercises for Extreme Stress

Ideal for clients who are looking for functional and strategic exercises to help them navigate extremely stressful situations that aren't just going to disappear after one or two sessions of talking with someone.<br><br>These sessions are a balance of unblocking emotion and repetitive movement exercises that will help the stressed or traumatized body access rest and relaxation and stability, so you can &quot;just keep going&quot;.

Relational Work - Groups of Two

If you have gone through the personal preparation phase and you still need some help navigating your relational challenge in real-time, I will do my best to help you out.<br><br>Together we will do our best to listen to the perspective of each person on what the issue is, search for common ground amidst the differences, and try to come up with a next step by the end of the session.<br><br>Sessions run 90 minutes plus 15 minutes before or after with primary client.<br>Additional people $50/person, see below.<br><br>
