In these sessions we do personal work within the relational context.

Am I making requests? Am I setting boundaries? Am I communicating clearly? What are my needs? What are my non-negotiables? What stops me from following through? How do I take ownership of what's mine and let the other take ownership of what's theirs?

These are all these we explore. Sessions will likely include worksheets and suggested readings.
