  • My Approach

Everything starts in the body. When we can calm the body, we can start working with the mind.

  • How It Works

    1

    Breathe

    Discern

We will practice allowing your body express emotion, differentiate parts through voice-dialogue and/or explore what hidden feelings may be present and in need of acknowledgement.

    3
